In the B2E category, JCP Event won third place with Party Like Norwegian, an internal cultural campaign created to unite Norwegian Airlines employees across Europe.
The campaign’s success in fostering employee connection also earned it the title of Best Internal Celebration, highlighting how strategic internal engagement can create both cultural impact and memorable employee experiences.
The initiative was designed to strengthen internal identity, celebrate diversity, and build understanding between teams working in different countries and roles. The campaign began long before the main event, using documentary‑style videos filmed in Ireland, Spain, and Latvia to spark conversations about cultural identity. It culminated in a large celebration at Gardermoen inspired by Norway’s 17th of May and the “russ” tradition, where employees wore russedress, joined games and music, and explored a fair that showcased the work of different departments.
The project addressed major internal challenges: fragmented teams, hierarchical differences, varied schedules, and multiple languages. By blending storytelling, digital engagement, and a playful live experience, the campaign created a shared cultural moment that encouraged openness and cross‑functional understanding. The main event brought together 2,500 employees, supported by coordinated logistics, multilingual communication, and a festival‑style layout designed for inclusivity.
