FINALIST PRESENTATION
Each finalist will have 2 minutes to present their event to members of the jury and the public audience. To promote creativity and give finalists full freedom, the 2 minutes can be used in any way preferred, including:

- Playing a 1-minute video and speaking for 1 minute
- Delivering a 2-minute spoken presentation (optionally speaking over a video)
- Using the 2 minutes freely through performance (e.g., dance, singing, drawing, etc.), provided the time limit is respected

After the 2-minute pitch, each jury member may ask the presenter questions. The presenter is granted an additional 5 minutes to respond.

DEADLINE FOR PITCHING MATERIALS
If you are a finalist, all pitching materials must be sent no later than 30 August 2026. Finalists who fail to send their pitching materials by the required date will not be able to use them on the day of the event.

IN-PERSON PRESENTATION REQUIREMENT
Finalists who do not present their projects in person and live in Ljubljana are not eligible to receive points from the audience (which accounts for 20% of the final score).
