Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering or purchasing entry fees and visitor passes for the Unicorn Awards 2026.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all registrations and purchases of entry fees and visitor passes for the Unicorn Awards 2026, organised by Toleranca marketing d.o.o. By completing your registration and purchasing a ticket or entry, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where necessary. Any updates will be published on the official Unicorn Awards website.

2. Registration and Payment

Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Invoices and pro forma invoices are payable by the due date indicated on the invoice. If payment is not received by the due date, the organiser reserves the right to cancel the registration. Such cancellation does not affect the participant's payment obligations under the Cancellation Policy.

All prices are quoted in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

3. Ticket Types

The website offers different participation options, including but not limited to:

  • Competition Entry Fees
  • Visitor Passes
  • Additional participation options, where available

Each ticket or entry is valid only for the person or organisation specified during registration and may not be transferred without prior written approval from the organiser.

4. Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to natalija@toleranca.eu.

The following cancellation policy applies:

  • Until 24 July 2026 (inclusive): Participants are entitled to a 30% refund of the paid participation fee. If the participation fee has not yet been paid, 70% of the total fee remains payable.
  • From 25 July 2026 onwards: All registrations are non-refundable, and 100% of the participation fee is payable, regardless of whether the participant attends the event.

Participant substitutions are accepted at no additional charge, provided the organiser receives written notification no later than five (5) working days before the event.

5. Changes to the Programme

The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme, speakers, venue, schedule or event format if circumstances require.

Such changes shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

6. Event Cancellation or Force Majeure

Should the event be cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the organiser's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government restrictions, industrial disputes or other force majeure events), the organiser shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation or other costs incurred by participants.

In such cases, the organiser will determine an appropriate solution, which may include transferring registrations to a new event date or offering another suitable alternative.

7. Photography and Filming

Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the Unicorn Awards.

By attending the event, participants grant the organiser permission to use such photographs and recordings for promotional, marketing and reporting purposes in print, online and social media, without additional compensation.

Participants who do not wish to appear in promotional materials should inform the organiser in writing before the event.

8. Liability

The organiser shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, theft or damage to personal belongings during the event, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Participants attend the event at their own risk.

9. Data Protection

Personal data collected during registration will be processed solely for the purposes of organising and administering the Unicorn Awards, in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation and the organiser's Privacy Policy.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for the delivery of the event or where required by law.

10. Governing Law
