Porsche unveiled the long-anticipated all-electric Macan with a spectacular event that merged high-end automotive innovation with a rich storytelling experience. More than a car launch, it was a bold statement about Porsche’s electric future: a celebration of precision engineering, design legacy, and sustainable performance.
The event set out to:
• Unveil a revolutionary new model that represents the brand’s electric transformation.
• Engage Porsche’s most influential audiences - media, VIPs, brand aficionados, Porsche-car owners and partners - through an unforgettable experience.
• Showcase the synergy of tradition and innovation, bringing Porsche’s timeless DNA into the era of electric mobility.

Key challenges
Creating a New Benchmark
With multiple Porsche launches each year and a familiar guest list, it was crucial to deliver a fresh and elevated experience that stood out. We followed global brand guidelines, but adapted them to fit the local market context, balancing ambition with budget.
The challenge was to present Porsche’s rich legacy and the future of the Macan in a way that felt new and engaging, even for those who had heard the story before.
Through innovative storytelling and immersive design, we created a launch that felt
both authentic and unforgettable.

Creativity
The creative direction was anchored in duality: heritage meets future, and performance meets sustainability.
To bring this vision to life, nearly 500 square meters of high-resolution LED screens were arranged in a meticulously synchronized 360-degree layout which was in itself an engineering and design feat that immersed every guest in the story.
The visual journey unfolded like a living art installation, with each screen segment acting as a chapter in Porsche’s evolving narrative. Artistic visuals, kinetic graphics, and immersive sound design wrapped around the audience, drawing them deep into the world of the Macan: past, present, and electric future.
Innovation
Innovation was not just a theme. It was the foundation of the entire experience.
The choice of Stožice Sports Hall (a venue typically reserved for athletic events) added an unexpected layer of originality. Transforming this space into a fully immersive launch platform demonstrated bold creative thinking and set a new standard for venue storytelling in Slovenia.
The use of panoramic LED walls allowed for seamless transitions between cinematic content, product storytelling, and dynamic mood shifts. The 360-degree setup ensured no one in the room had the same perspective, making every experience personal and unique. The reveal moment itself was a visceral symphony of light, motion, and energy, a real emotional crescendo that brought the electric Macan to life.
Execution
From the first moment guests entered the Stožice Arena, they were guided through a curated environment that felt more like a gallery than a car launch.
Every touchpoint (lighting, audio, pacing, even the air of anticipation) was choreographed to elevate the senses. Porsche didn’t just present a car. It invited its audience into a world where engineering is art, and driving is an emotional experience.
The event climaxed with the unveiling of the Macan as this revolutionary car was introduced as a protagonist in a much bigger story: Porsche’s drive toward a more sustainable, electrified future.
Measurable results
The event made a lasting impact both emotionally and strategically. Porsche successfully:

It proved that product storytelling, when done with passion and precision, can transcend expectations and ignite a shared vision of the future.
Communication
Building Anticipation
To create early excitement, a sneak peek event was held in June, where a select group of customers got an exclusive first look at the new Macan. This pre-launch moment helped build buzz among Porsche’s most loyal community.
Following the main event, the launch was supported with a targeted PR release, while the core experience remained exclusive, focused on creating impact in the room, not noise outside it.
Sustainable practices
Sustainability was seamlessly woven into every aspect of the event. No printed materials were used: all invitations were digital, and even the directional signage was displayed on screens. The scenography was built around reusable LED screens and modular furniture, eliminating wasteful set elements. Decor featured dried lavender and florals, chosen specifically for their reusability, avoiding cut flowers that typically end up as waste.
Catering embraced a low-impact philosophy, offering seasonal, locally sourced dishes served on proper plates with glassware, without single-use plastics or disposables. Still and sparkling water was served in carafes, with no plastic bottles on site. The result was an experience with minimal waste, all of which was carefully separated and recycled.
