Event Description and Key Objectives

Bécation is a unique lifestyle-driven influencer retreat designed by BÉBÉ, the fashion brand founded by top Serbian influencer Dunja Jovanić. Hosted on the island of Korčula, this immersive 3-day experience gathered 15 leading regional influencers and showcased BÉBÉ’s collections through tailor-made activities, scenography, and styling. The objective was to drive sales, elevate brand positioning, and strengthen the emotional bond between BÉBÉ and its community. Each moment, from yoga sessions to Michelin-star dinners was infused with BÉBÉ DNA, with influencers wearing exclusively BÉBÉ pieces, timed with new collection drops to drive real-time sales and engagement.

It became the brand’s most successful campaign to date, validating the event’s unique format and proving the power of real-time fashion storytelling.

Communication

Bécation was not only a standalone event but also a core part of BÉBÉ’s broader communications strategy. Timed drops with influencer content ensured that the campaign reached both loyal followers and new audiences. Dunja’s personal influence gave the event immediate virality, and influencer amplification extended the campaign beyond Korčula, Croatia or even the region. The BÉBÉ Instagram account posted throughout, with all content tailored for engagement and product linking. Bécation also resulted in ongoing UGC from attendees, sustaining campaign visibility weeks after. It merged PR, influencer marketing, and digital performance into one fluid, shoppable experience.

Sustainable practices

Sustainability was thoughtfully integrated throughout. Branding relied on reusable articles (pillows, towels, powerbanks), while disposable items were minimized and fully recyclable. Custom stickers replaced large visuals made from kapafix or polypropylene to reduce waste. All packaging used was biodegradable or made of carton. Activities were designed with low environmental impact in mind, with a focus on mindfulness and local appreciation like yoga and wildlife interaction. No single-use plastic was used. Instead of gifting meaningless promo items, attendees received functional, high-quality BÉBÉ-branded pieces to use post-event such as powerbanks, slippers and SPF-s, extending value and reducing waste.
