Deloitte IRGA Awards 2025 took home Unicorns for 2nd place in the B2B Category and for the Best Ceremony for transforming the traditional corporate gala into an immersive celebration of innovation, technology and collective progress.
Created by Desafio Global for Deloitte Portugal, the gala placed immersive storytelling at the heart of the experience. At its centre was The Evolution Circle, a 360º transparent LED structure surrounding guests with AI-generated Cloud Point content. Thousands of moving points converged into forests, buildings, cities and landscapes, turning Deloitte’s messages about vision, change, knowledge and impact into visual poetry.
The storytelling continued throughout the evening. A dramatic blackout, inspired by the Iberian power outage that had occurred days earlier, created a moment of disconnection before the room returned to light and sound. The subsequent Rise Together performance developed the theme of collective strength, while visuals, lighting and sound transformed dynamically during the award presentations.
Sustainability was woven into the production through digital invitations and menus, energy-efficient LED technology, reused production materials and food donations to the REFOOD programme.
