Final call for Bea World Festival 2026’s early-bird entries

The countdown is on for Bea World Festival, one of the global event industry’s most prestigious competitions, encouraging agencies, brands, and event professionals to submit early-bird entries before the 31 July deadline to secure discounted fees and maximise exposure.

Recognised as one of the leading international platforms celebrating excellence in live communication, the Bea World Festival brings together the world’s top event agencies, corporate clients and creative professionals for two days of inspiration, networking and industry recognition. This year’s 21st edition will be held in Venice, Italy, on 26–27 November 2026, marking the festival’s debut in one of the world’s most iconic and inspiring destinations.

Venice to host the event this year

The early bird deadline not only helps you save on submission costs but also positions your most innovative projects for international recognition, making you feel valued and noticed in the industry. Until 31 July, the fee for the first category entry is €600, rising to €750 after the deadline. Additional category entries increase from €400 to €550 once the standard pricing period begins.
