Organised by the Slovenian Tourist Board, SIW on Boutique Tour placed 3rd among B2B events, standing out for transforming the traditional workshop format into a more experiential and personalised business journey.
The event reimagined the classic B2B workshop by moving it across different regions of Slovenia and embedding meetings into real experiences. International buyers explored destinations through curated study tours, while connecting with local providers in a more relaxed and natural setting.

One of the key challenges was balancing structured business meetings with a dynamic, on-the-move format, while still ensuring efficiency and clear outcomes. The concept addressed this through carefully designed itineraries, smaller group interactions and strong on-site coordination.
The result was a more engaging and memorable way of building partnerships. High satisfaction rates and strong interest from international buyers confirmed the value of the approach, while also positioning Slovenia as a boutique, sustainable destination.
