Open Eyes Economy Summit 2021 was named Best Crossover Event and received the Audience Award, highlighting its strong connection with participants and broad support from the audience.
Held in Kraków as a hybrid event, the congress brought together voices from business, academia, public institutions and civil society, all centred around one key idea — an economy built on values, sustainability and people. The 2021 edition focused on intergenerational dialogue, exploring how different perspectives can shape more inclusive and resilient systems.
Delivering a meaningful experience for both live and online audiences was a key challenge. The programme combined multiple stages, a dedicated digital platform, and a live studio format, while the on-site experience included partner activations and curated spaces such as the Open Café, which introduced topics like responsible production.
With more than 5,000 participants from 37 countries and strong media reach, the event continues to grow as a platform for exchange, collaboration and long-term impact.
