Ipsen Re-Connect Community Day took 2nd place in the B2E event category. The event was recognised for combining employee engagement with a meaningful CSR initiative.
The event marked Ipsen’s first in-person gathering after the pandemic, with a clear goal — to reconnect employees, encourage collaboration and create space for future ideas. At the same time, the company wanted to give something back to the local community and leave a positive environmental impact.
Employees took part in a beach clean-up in a protected natural area, working together towards a shared goal while also strengthening team connections.

Engagement with real impact
More than 130 employees participated in the activity, collecting over 200 kilograms of waste. The experience not only contributed to the local environment but also raised awareness about sustainability and everyday impact.
By combining internal communication, teambuilding and social responsibility, the project showed how employee events can create both organisational value and tangible results beyond the company.
