Future Tense 2022 took 3rd place in the Best Crossover Event category, recognised for creating a platform focused on knowledge, business trends and future development.
Held in Zagreb, the conference brought together experts from business and academia to explore key topics shaping the future, from technology and leadership to sustainability and education. Designed as a hybrid event, it combined live discussions with digital participation, extending its reach beyond the venue.
A conference built around ideas
A strong focus was placed on content and delivery. The scenography, built around a large LED stage, supported a dynamic programme of keynotes and panels, while small production details, such as following speakers from backstage to the stage, added a more immersive feel to the experience.
One of the main challenges was uncertainty related to the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly regarding live attendance and international speakers. The hybrid format allowed the organisers to adapt and deliver the event under changing conditions.
The conference hosted more than 500 participants on site, with additional viewers joining online. It also achieved strong media coverage and brought together partners, sponsors and participants from multiple countries, confirming its relevance within the regional business community.
