Wishday was named Best B2E Event, recognised for redefining the company anniversary as a meaningful employee experience.
Created to mark Baltic Amadeus’ 34th anniversary, the event addressed a clear challenge — how to reconnect teams after a long period without in-person gatherings. Rather than focusing solely on celebration, Wishday was designed to rebuild relationships, strengthen company culture and create a renewed sense of belonging.
When celebration becomes connection
The experience drew on familiar birthday elements and elevated them into a cohesive concept. A cake-inspired stage, a large-scale installation of 200 wishes and carefully designed programme moments created a setting that encouraged participation and shared experience.

Employees took an active role throughout the process, contributing to pre-event content and shaping the atmosphere of the event itself. This approach helped create a more personal connection to both the celebration and the company.
The impact extended beyond a single evening. The wishes collected during the event continued to be fulfilled afterwards, supporting ongoing interaction and strengthening relationships across teams. The result is a strong example of how internal events can move beyond celebration and become a meaningful part of company culture.
