Vitanest celebrated its 25th anniversary by transforming its warehouse into a festive venue for 300 guests, highlighting Vitanest’s history, achievements, and community. The setup earned them 3rd place in the B2E category in 2024.
The warehouse was creatively adapted into thematic spaces, using company goods, lighting, and decorations to reflect Vitanest’s identity. Guests participated in signing an anniversary artwork, competing on a rodeo bull, and enjoying on-site food preparation, while performances included aerial silk, cabaret, para dance, and lollipop hoop shows.
The celebration involved 60 companies and over 60 staff members, with carefully coordinated logistics and scheduling to ensure a smooth experience. Transportation and guidance were provided for all attendees, creating a seamless and memorable event that strengthened relationships with business partners.
Sustainability was integrated throughout, with LED lighting, reusable cutlery and plates, local beverages, and careful waste management. Equipment and decorations were reused or recycled, and leftover food was redistributed to staff and contractors, keeping the environmental footprint minimal while maximising engagement and enjoyment.
