In the Crossover category, which merges formats and audiences, PLEJ won second place with Orlen 2035 Strategy, a hybrid media event. The event also won the award for Best Press Event, confirming its excellence in reaching both the media and the public.


The press conference presented Orlen’s long‑term vision inside the 33‑meter‑high High Voltage Hall — a research facility rarely used for events due to its technical complexity. The space was transformed into a powerful media stage featuring massive LED walls, kinetic panels, and rotating transparent cubes, merging industrial architecture with immersive storytelling. Designed as a hybrid experience, the event reached stakeholders on‑site, across mainstream media, and through digital channels, turning a corporate announcement into a large‑scale public communication moment.

Delivering the entire concept in just eight working days required exceptional coordination. The hall demanded full infrastructural adaptation, including a custom multi‑level heating system, broadcast‑ready lighting, and a soundproof media zone for live interviews. More than 100 specialists worked in sync to build the scenography, integrate advanced AV systems, and manage multi‑camera workflows. The result was a seamless, cinematic presentation that Orlen recognised as one of the best‑executed events in its history.

The impact extended far beyond the venue: 613 media publications, over 11.5 million reach, and an advertising value equivalent of 8.7 million PLN. Coverage was overwhelmingly positive, the livestream attracted hundreds of thousands of viewers, and the announcement trended nationwide. The event strengthened stakeholder alignment, elevated Orlen’s brand image, and set a new benchmark for strategic communication in the region.
