Higher Cloud Level

Live Age won third place in the B2B category for their Higher Cloud Level campaign, a milestone project celebrating the opening of Microsoft’s first cloud region in Poland and redefining B2B engagement in the tech sector.


The campaign focused on customer advocacy, putting clients at the heart of every activity. From podcasts and fireside chats to videocasts and hybrid events, Microsoft highlighted real stories of innovation and resilience. By giving clients a voice and making them co-authors of the campaign, the project created a sense of ownership, authenticity, and engagement that resonated across industries. The approach reversed traditional B2B strategies, prioritising credibility and storytelling over typical performance-driven marketing.

Execution combined omnichannel marketing, communications, and events, including a premiere at the European Economic Forum in Katowice and a large B2B hero event for over 650 representatives of key sectors. Guests were engaged by a diverse program that showcased cloud opportunities for fragile industries and highlighted Microsoft’s innovative, secure approach. Strategic media partnerships and carefully curated content ensured the campaign reached the right audience effectively.

The results exceeded expectations: cloud revenue increased, and 883 new known leads were generated. Customer engagement was high, reaching over 21 million people digitally and 7.5 million on social media. Microsoft strengthened its position as a trusted and innovative partner, successfully breaking down barriers to cloud adoption in Poland.
