Future Unfold was crowned the Grand Prix Winner of Conventa Best Event Awards 2025, the highest recognition across all categories. Competing in the B2B category, Magna Events’ Future Unfold set a new benchmark for the industry, earning the overall title for its innovation, authenticity and purpose.
Organised by Magna Events for Grant Thornton Greece at the Megaron Athens Concert Hall in Athens, Future Unfold reimagined the technology summit by placing artificial intelligence at the centre of the live experience.
At its core was DragonO, an AI-powered entity composed of 26,000 intelligent light neurons, acting as both narrator and performer. Responding to live audience data and physical cues captured via bracelet sensors, DragonO adapted in real time through light, motion and emotion. The event merged volumetric LED technology, cloud-based AI systems and immersive storytelling to explore AI’s transformative role in corporate innovation and digital evolution, while high-profile panels — including Greece’s Prime Minister — reinforced the dialogue between human expertise and machine intelligence.
Backed by two years of research and development and meticulous technical coordination, the project delivered measurable impact: 92% of attendees rated the experience as highly innovative and emotionally engaging, social media generated over one million views within 48 hours, and coverage spanned more than 30 major publications. Future Unfold not only impressed creatively and technically, but also sparked lasting conversations about AI-human collaboration in business storytelling.
