JCP Event won first place in the B2E category with Top One Academy, a reimagined national kickoff created to unite, motivate, and upskill more than 900 employees across DNB Eiendom. It also earned the title Best Teambuilding Event, recognising its success in fostering collaboration and team spirit.
The event was built as an elite training environment shaped through a collaborative workshop process, where employees helped define the purpose and content. The concept unfolded in three connected chapters: a daytime academy with tailored learning sessions, an evening graduation celebrating team spirit, and a five‑week sales competition that extended the energy beyond the event. With a bold Top Gun‑inspired aesthetic, the experience blended learning, recognition, and entertainment into one cohesive journey.
Delivering an impactful program for such a large and diverse workforce required fresh thinking in a post‑pandemic landscape. The event balanced high‑volume delivery with meaningful individual development through interactive modules, expert‑led sessions, and inspiring plenary moments. A dramatic runway stage, cinematic storytelling, and a Tom Cruise impersonator as the “lead instructor” created a memorable and motivating atmosphere, while the evening celebration reinforced pride and unity.
